As the rental agent, your #1 priority is to provide exceptional customer service to ensure a great rental experience! Responsibilities include dealing with customers, preparing rental agreements, communicating with insurance companies and handling rental inquiries, cleaning rental vehicles as needed, developing rental business; must also manage rental fleet inventory.
Minimum 2-year prior experience with a national or local auto rental agency; must be at least 21 years with a valid and clean driver's license, computer savvy; have strong attention to detail, and possess problem resolution skills, coupled with excellent communication and organizational skills.
HS Diploma/GED, Associate's degree or higher preferred.
